Community Nursing

We are looking for Band 5 Community Nurses to provide high value health care to patients in a community setting under the direction of a Team Manager, as part of a large integrated community team of Band 7, Band 6, Band 5, and Band 3 nurses. 

We have a number of long-term placements and flexible work options available across Hertfordshire.

Community Nurse Band 5 Pay rates:

  • Day: £14.70 p/h
  • Night / Saturday: £16.98 p/h
  • Sunday / Bank Holiday: £20.90 p/h

In order to apply for a post, you must have a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role held within the last 2 years and be NMC registered.
