Consultant - Diabetes and Endocrinology

We have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant in Diabetes and Endocrinology to work with us at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust.


We are looking for a doctor dedicated to, and passionate about, improving health and wellbeing within the East Kent community.

The successful candidate will be expected to support general Diabetes and Endocrinology services at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital, with the possibility of work at other sites if desired. The service provided on site will be to support the management of in-patients with diabetes and endocrine related pathology as well as providing out-patient care.



Doctors Direct recruit to the highest of NHS standards and all applicants for this role should meet pre-screening requirements before applying.

  • MRCP, Full GMC licence to practice
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in and NHS Trust within the last 2 years
  • CCST Specialist Registration or will obtain within 6 months of interview date
  • Experience in Endocrinology, diabetes and general medicine
